According to the needs of the enterprise, CFE could use owned talent resources to recruit employees and could timely provide qualified talents to a certain extent. CFE could assist or contract the vacant position recruiting and recruiting processing management.

Service Processing:

1、1、Customers put forward recruiting demands, positions and job requirements(E-version)

2、签订服务合同

Signed a service contract with the employing unit and identify recruiting position

3/Looking for / screening candidates

Looking for qualified employees for the wanted position according to the recruitment requirements and then conducting the preliminary screening / test;/

4、Arrange candidates to re-interview

Recommend appropriate employees to conduct re-interview. Recruiting company takes the final decision.   

5、Assist employees to adapt to the position

Employees recruited by the recruiting company could enjoy related working consulting, CFE will assist them the adapt the working circumstance as soon as possible.

6、Service fee payment

When a candidate is employed by the employer, the employing company shall pay the service fee to our company in accordance with the time and standard stipulated in the service contract.

7、Free service (special situation)

For general positions, employees quit the job due to private reason or not been able to satisfy the job requirements within one month, CFE will recommend another candidate for free.

Background investigation:Basic information survey and issuing background investigation report

Labor dispatching: CFE could provide recruitment services for enterprises and sign labor contract with employees in a manner of dispatching. Full risk outsourcing: CFE acts as suppliers to provide enterprise needed employees. CFE controls and manages labor relations subject which means enterprise could transfer all of the employment risk to our company under the form of recruitment+outsourcing.
